This program is a fun and exciting gymsport that is performed in a team of 6-12 members and consists of 3 different apparatus that include; Double Mini Tramp, Tumbling and a Floor routine and are all performed to music, with a strong focus on fun, friendship and fundamentals. This program is such an inclusive and positive gymsport that is truely catered for all! These athletes train between 2-8 hours per week.
