This program is a combination of gymnastics, fitness and dance. Within this program there are 2 separate divisions, one being aerobics which is a routine involving skills to showcase strength and fitness and the second devision is aerodance which showcases dance, movement and performance. Each routine goes for 1 minute and 30 seconds to fast paced music which can be competed individually, pairs, trios and groups.
