How much does Gymnastics cost?
Costs vary between classes, you can view class costs under our “Program” tab, each member must also pay the Gymnastics NSW Insurance Fee each calendar year.

Is there a specific uniform they need to wear?
Recreational
Uniforms are not compulsory, we ask that children wear tight fitted clothing and shoes and socks are to be taken off. We do have a wide range of suitable attire to purchase on site for those wanting a uniform. Hair must be tied up and no jewellery should be worn.
Competitive
All Gymnasts must wear a leotard or crop top along with shorts or tights to every training session.
All other requirements can be found in your competitive parent handbook.
Can we just do gymnastics for fun?
YES! We offer a wide range of recreational gymnastics classes that are all about participation and fun!
These classes are ideal for children to improve their development and coordination and assist them with other sporting goals or academic endeavours.
Our amazing team believe that every child should have the opportunity to love the sport no matter the goal!
How do I enrol my child?
We recommend booking a free trial to ensure that the class is a good fit, once we have confirmed the class you will just need to sign an enrolment form on site.
Can I watch the class?
Due to new restrictions we aren’t able to have parents viewing in the facility, although we do have a large roller door that is open most days (weather permitting) where you are able to view the entire class from.
When does my Direct Debit start?
Payments are made fortnightly and we ask that all clients are paying 2 weeks in advanced.
What happens if a payment is rejected?
The first payment attempt will take place on the allocated Direct Debit date. If the payment is unsuccessful, there is a $14.99 Rejection fee from EziDebit.
We will attempt to reprocess this for 3 consecutive days unless notified when the payment can be taken from your account, please note all accounts should be cleared prior to classes.
If we can’t make do we get make-up classes?
Recreational
All classes are now entitled to make up lessons, you are required to let us know 6 Hours prior to the class commencement time for the make-up lesson to be valid. You will then have the option to book into another day, but this is dependent on class availability. Please note if the class is only offered once a week or other classes are full a make-up lesson/credit will not be applied.
Competitive
Foundation & Development: Make up classes are given if 6 Hours or more notice is given and is dependant on class availability.
Regional Development Program, National Development Program, XCEL High Performance, Junior and Senior Sports Aerobics: Athletes are scheduled 2 Weeks Holidays throughout the year but if additional and unavoidable time off is needed this can be further discussed with the Gymnastics Manager.
Can I take photos of my child in the gym?
Photography within the gymnasium is prohibited due to child safety, please see staff if you would like to discuss this further.
What do I do if I am running late to pick up my child?
If you are running late, please send a text message letting us know through to 0403 041 068.
In the unfortunate event that parent/guardian is not at the roller door when the class finishes the child is taken back inside to wait safely within the facility while our coaches move onto their next class, once parent/guardian has arrived they will need to come inside to sign them out for safety reasons.
What if I am late to drop off my child?
If you are running late, please send a text message letting us know through to 0403 041 068, if you are going to be more than 15 Minutes late unfortunately your child will have to miss that lesson as the first 15 Minutes is curtail part of the class for safety reasons.
How often do you do testing?
Our coaches are always testing children throughout each lesson, If we feel that a child is ready to progress to another class we will communicate this with families. Our staff are constantly giving feedback to families where able. All classes do term based testing for the coaches records to monitor each child’s/groups progression.
Are classes still on in the school holidays?
Yes, all our classes run through the school holidays. If you are unable to make it we can arrange make up classes, standard make up policy applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation of classes and direct debit requires a minimum of 30 Days notice via email to [email protected] only.
Members must be aware they are not cancelled until they have received confirmation that the cancellation request has been approved if there are any outstanding fees members will not be cancelled until all payments are recovered and Direct debits will automatically continue until the cancellation form has been approved.
