This program is developed to introduce our athletes into the competitive program in an inclusive and positive environment with a strong focus of developing athletes physically and mentally to ensure they reach their full potential. These athletes train between 6-9 hours per week, developing & perfecting the correct technique, Strength, flexibility and shapes, this is extremely important that athletes are excelling in all components prior to progressing through the levels/programs. These athletes are striving to compete from a regional level through to a state level.
